In the past, I couldn't buy and watch instant videos on Amazon because my IP and credit card billing addresses were not in the USA but recently, it seems Amazon is giving more access to people who may not be geographically located in the USA as long as they have a US issued credit card.

I had a US issued prepaid Credit card although funds in them had depleted, all I needed to do was to fund my gift card balance and actually paid from my gift card while also providing my US credit card for record purposes.

In the past, when I wanted to watch any instant movie on Amazon that I like from Nigeria, I normally had to first change my IP address to a US IP and also make use of a US issued credit card to purchase it. Afterwards, I could watch them on my Kindle on computer although I prefer the latter since it allows me to download and watch it many times so as to save data costs. Now, however, all I did was just pay for it using a US credit card and my gift card balance only - No need to change IP or subscribe to a US IP service.

One thing I love about Amazon's instant movies is the fact that you own it and can watch it anytime once you have purchased it. It would always be listed in your movie library and you can watch it many times over and over again because it's yours.

I prefer watching Amazon instant movies on my Kindle Fire HD 7 because internet services in Nigeria are really slow and streaming a video content may be an unsatisfying experience. So, I normally buy the SD version rather than the HD version as the SD version is recommended for small screen displays while the HD is for your large screen devices like your HD TV or computer. The picture quality for the SD version is normally lower than the HD version and while it would look ok on a Kindle fire, it won't look good on your computer or HD TV.

There are thousands of movies listed on Amazon's instant video store and you can buy anyone you want to watch anytime you want.

Wondering which video I purchased? Well, it was the first episode of Season 12 of Two and a half men.
