It's been les than 2 hrs after I uploaded a scanned document containing my card detail and transaction and my funds have been replaced into my Payoneer account. It all happened when a local ATM in Nigeria charged me without dispensing any cash on Independence day. Thank God for Ecobank.

Well, I recently mentioned that I did a withdrawal from my US Paypal account once again with my Payoneer account but after I've received the funds inside my Payoneer account, the next step was to withdraw in Naira from a local ATM. The first bank's ATM that I tried just took my card, charged me, counted money but did not payout any cash. The next thing I did was to try out another bank's ATM and it paid me cash but I was not able to collect all the money I wanted because it said that I had insufficient cash. That was when I checked my account balance only to notice that I had been charged by the first ATM I used and so I had to make a complaint to Payoneer via email.

I sent a message to Payoneer from their online form at https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us.

I clicked on Send message and Under Topic, I clicked on Using the CARD > File a dispute > The ATM did not dispense cash. I told them that I was not paid and included the transaction number, amount, Partner(Payoneer), Country(Nigeria) and sent it.

I later received an automated email back from them, downloaded, filled and scanned the included form before sending it back to them as an attachment. Within the same day and less than 2 hrs, my Payoneer account got credited back with the funds I was wrongly debited with.

I have to say that their customer service works great if you know how to use it.

I didn't send the complaint immediately but I waited for about 2 to 3 working days since I was too busy and also wanted to know if it would credit me back automatically but after it didn't, I had to make an official complaint to them.
