How I withdrew money from Paypal USA in 2016 from Nigeria

I have once written a report on how to withdraw from a foreign Paypal account from Nigeria but I've received some comments from people asking if that procedure still works. Well, it still works for me and will work for you if you are still doing it right.

I still have a Paypal USA account which I use to receive funds from US based companies for my affiliate earnings and my means of withdrawal is to a special US bank account provided by Payoneer.

Since I already had a Payoneer Mastercard account, I had setup a US bank account with them which I've used consistently with Paypal in withdrawing my funds and this transfers my Paypal funds to my Payoneer Mastercard account which I can then withdraw money from in cash or use for making online payments.

How I did it
- I first connected to the internet
- I then changed my IP from a Nigerian one to a US based on by connecting to my US VPN
- I logged into my Paypal USA account and clicked on transfer to bank
- I entered the amount I wanted to withdraw and confirmed that the bank account was the same one I've set up in my Payoneer account
- My Paypal balance was reduced and I also got an email alert that the transfer was in progress and would take about 3 to 5 days.

So it still works and within a few days, I believe I would get a notification from Payoneer that my account has been funded. I'm not lanning to withdraw the money in Naira yet but would rather use it to buy something from Amazon.com.

The basic things you'll need are:

A VPN account - This changes your IP address and allows you to access your US Paypal account safely

A fast internet connection

A Payoneer Mastercard account
